1869 10C PR66+ PCGS. CAC. Fortin-105, R.3. This carefully
preserved proof boasts largely sharp design definition, with the
only exception being the extreme upper-left portion of the wreath,
an area that is often lacking in detail. A myriad of mottled colors
blankets each side, with deeply reflective underlying fields. The
sole Premium Gem proof at PCGS to receive the Plus designation,
with no coins graded finer. PCGS Population: 7 in 66 (1 in 66+), 0
