1870 Seated Dime PR64 NGC. Strongly impressed devices are evident throughout on this scarce near-Gem proof specimen. The surfaces are enhanced by iridescent layers of blue, lavender, and rose-golden toning, evenly balanced from side to side. From a tiny proof mintage of 1,000 pieces.
