1873 10C Arrows PR64 Cameo PCGS. A lovely Choice Proof exemplar of this short-lived type, boldly impressed with rich bronze toning over much of the shining surfaces. The upper obverse shows a crescent of cornflower-blue, and the reverse displays a ring of similar patina.
