1873 10C Arrows PR67 Cameo NGC. Both sides of this Superb Gem proof have exceptional contrast and full mint brilliance with no indication of toning. This piece represents the first of two years that saw arrows added to the obverse design. Two examples have been graded PR67 Cameo by NGC, this piece and another that carries a ★ .
