1875 10C PR66 NGC. The 1875 is one of the larger production dates in the Seated dime series with more than 10 million circulation strikes minted. However, only 700 proofs were struck. This is an attractively toned example that has irregular patches of deep russet and blue toning interspersed with brilliance on the obverse, while the reverse has a rich blue center that is surrounded by pale golden peripheral color. Census: 16 in 66, 3 finer (8/07).(Registry values: N1793)
