1882 10C PR67+ Cameo PCGS. CAC. F-101, R.3. The sole die marriage known for 1882 proof dimes, identified by repunching on the 2 in the date. This is a beautifully toned Plus-graded Superb Gem with lemon-gold fields, aquamarine rims, and cherry-red margins. The fully struck surfaces are frosty and pristine, though a couple of minute lint marks are noted near the I in AMERICA and the E in DIME. PCGS reports only two numerically finer Cameo examples (3/26).(Registry values: N2998)
