1883 10C PR66 Cameo PCGS. CAC. Exquisitely frosted devices offer wonderful contrast with the gleaming mirrors. Pleasing peripheral toning appears as thin golden color around much of each side with deeper blue and violet-umber at the lower right obverse and upper right reverse.
