1884 10C PR65 NGC. Ex: Richmond Collection. A superbly toned example of this low proof issue. The centers are deep red and the margins cobalt-blue. An interesting striking flaw immediately identifies this piece: There is a lint mark from the base of Liberty's cap to the wrist.Ex: Richmond Collection III (David Lawrence, 3/2005), lot 1278.(Registry values: N1793)
