    1888 10C PR67 PCGS. Fortin-102a, R.3. Diagnostics include a medium-level date that slopes slightly upward, weakness on the base above the 8s in the date, and a die defect on the corn ear. Faint golden-russet toning occurs over each side, with surfaces that feature boldly struck devices and minimal marks. Of the 832 proofs issued, PCGS has seen just four in 67, with none finer (6/14).(Registry values: N2998)
