1889 10C PR66 PCGS. Ocean-blue, rose-mauve, and gold colors endow this crisply struck and well preserved premium Gem. A small mint-made planchet flaw at 8 o'clock on the reverse provides a pedigree identifier for any future auction appearances. Only 711 pieces were struck.
