1890 10C PR66 PCGS. CAC. A splendid Premium Gem proof from the mintage of 590 coins. Both sides show a dash of pastel jade at the extreme rims, with the centers boasting blue-green shades. Although the color is moderately intense, considerable field-device contrast is apparent although unmentioned on the holder. Appealing and high-end.
