1863 $1 PR64 PCGS. Business strike 1863 Seated dollars are seldom offered in today's market, particularly in Mint State. As such, high quality proofs are prized among silver dollar date collectors. This is a gorgeous near-Gem with dominant cobalt-blue and steel-gray toning that coats each side. A few minor surface imperfections are noted, but only visible under close examination. Crisply detailed, as befits a specimen striking, with uniform reflectivity throughout.
