1867 $1 PR64 PCGS. Electric-blue, apricot, rose, and plum-mauve patina envelops this intricately struck Choice Motto proof. The holder is a bit scuffy, but the coin itself has pleasing preservation. A mere 625 proofs were struck, and most of the 46,900 business strikes were exported and eventually melted. Population: 67 in 64, 17 finer (4/08).(Registry values: N2998)
