1867 $1 PR65 PCGS. OC-P1, Low R.3. Pleasing surfaces contain
golden-brown and electric-blue highlights and cover sharp design
elements and brightly mirrored fields. Only a single Proof die
marriage is known as per Osburn-Cushing, not four as posited by
Bowers. The business strike dies were polished frequently and
examples are often well-impressed, leading to many Proof
certifications. However, the present offering has the telltale die
line through GOD found on Reverse 1866 PA. Population: 17 in 65, 1
