Description
Deeply Reflective PR62 1871 Seated Dollar
1871 $1 PR62 ANACS. A narrow but attractive band of medium intensity cobalt-blue, lavender, and golden-brown toning gravitates to the margins of this bright proof, and full striking definition is apparent on the design elements. A small patch of light hairlines extends from the left obverse field across Liberty's midsection. These sound worse than they are, because they only become visible when the coin is tilted at just the right angle under a light.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 252T, PCGS# 7019, GSID# 7340)
