1862 H10C PR66 NGC. CAC. Concentric bands of fire-red, apple-green, and lemon adorn the obverse. Variegated golden-brown consumes the central reverse, with glimpses of ruby and forest-green throughout the wreath. This well struck Civil War proof dime is from a low mintage of 550 pieces. Census: 15 in 66, 8 finer (3/08).(Registry values: P1)
