1867 H10C PR65+ Cameo PCGS. CAC. Only 6,000 business strike half dimes were made of this issue as a complement to the reported 625 proofs. The ribbon ends touch the wreath on V-2, the usual variety as here. Beautiful silver-white surfaces show generous contrast and a full strike. Population: 10 in 65 (2 in 65+) Cameo, 11 finer.
