1867 H10C PR65 PCGS. Pleasing sky-blue toning is surrounded by gold on the obverse, while the reverse has variegated gunmetal-gray, orange, and blue patina. The upper left branch of the wreath is a bit soft, but the rest of the details are razor-sharp. A powerfully lustrous and well-preserved Gem. Population: 23 in 65, 15 finer (6/09).(Registry values: P2)
