1868 H10C PR64 Deep Cameo PCGS. Mostly brilliant with noticeably frosted devices set against watery fields. From a mintage of 600 proofs, only a tiny percentage of survivors could possibly qualify under the Deep Cameo category. A few glimpses of orange toning skim the rim. A few delicate hairlines mix with the normal die polish lines. Population: 1 in 64, 5 finer (12/14).
