Description

1868 Half Dime, PR65 Deep Cameo
Pleasant Multicolor Toning

1868 H10C PR65 Deep Cameo PCGS. Interiors of lilac and sun-gold accentuate the vividness of the peripheries which show ocean-blue, mint-green, and amber-red toning. The cameo contrast is strongest on the obverse. This lovely Gem proof is a trifle weakly struck on the upper-left portion of the wreath, but is otherwise sharply rendered. Population: 3 in 65 (1 in 65+) Deep Cameo, 3 finer (5/15).(Registry values: P1)
