Attractive Crimson and Blue Toning

1869 H10C PR67 PCGS. PCGS and NGC have certified a fairly large number of the 600-piece 1869 proof half dime mintage. A mere eight of these, however, attain the Superb Gem level, and only one coin is finer (11/10). Golden-orange patina is accented with splashes of sky-blue and crimson and the strike is full over all the design elements. Both sides yield a degree of field-motif contrast at various angles. Population: 2 in 67, 0 finer (11/10).(Registry values: P1)
