1870 H10C PR68 Cameo NGC. The finest proof 1870 half dimes
certified are at NGC, including four non-Cameo PR68 coins and this
Cameo example in the same grade (3/18). The best pieces are PCGS, a
pair of PR67 Cameos. Arguably, this Cameo is the single finest 1870
proof known. Sharp, frost-white devices contrast against mirrored
fields, which show no mentionable toning. Even under a loupe, the
