Description

1871 Half Dime, PR65 Cameo
Profound Contrast on Each Side

1871 H10C Half Dime PR65 Cameo PCGS. The initial impression when viewing this coin is the remarkable cameo contrast on each side. The coin is exceptionally clean overall and almost completely brilliant. An interesting area of die rust can be seen at the top of the obverse, a feature we do not recall having seen previously on this date. Population: 5 in 65 Cameo, 2 finer (8/10).
