1871 H10C PR66 PCGS. Caramel-gold and sea-green are distributed across the obverse. The reverse has a golden-brown center framed by peripheral ocean-blue. Liberty's waist has a granular appearance, as made from a rusted die. A scant 960 proofs were struck. Population: 14 in 66, 1 finer (4/07).(Registry values: P1)
