Brilliant Cameo PR64 1862 Half Dollar
1862 50C PR64 Cameo PCGS. Frosty devices compare favorably to the darkly reflective fields. The contrast on the reverse is especially prominent. Wispy die polish lines are prominent, but hairlines are difficult to find. A meager 550 proofs were issued for this popular Civil War date.
