1867 Seated Half Dollar
1867 50C Half Dollar PR65 Cameo PCGS. The second year of the
With Motto Seated coinage, the 1867 silver proof sets were produced
to the extent of 625 coins. Few have survived in such pristine
preservation as the present untoned Gem Cameo, however, with
excellent field-device contrast and no mentionable distractions.
Diagonal striations, as made, appear in the right obverse field.
The eye appeal is excellent. Population: 7 in 65 Cameo, 2 finer
