Colorful Choice Proof 1871 Half
1871 50C PR64 PCGS. Exquisite orange-gold, fire-red, powder-blue, and mauve envelops this flashy and unblemished near-Gem. Well struck apart from the usual inexactness on the eagle's left (facing) ankle. Certified in an old green label holder. A mere 960 proofs were struck. Population: 24 in 64, 14 finer (8/08).From The Sundance Collection.
