Scarce 1874 Seated Half Dollar, Small Arrows, PR64
1874 50C Arrows PR64 PCGS. WB-101. Small Arrows. According to Wiley & Bugert (1993), the Small Arrows variety is: "Usually found as a proof and by far scarcer than WB-102". This example is crisply struck throughout, with mildly reflective fields that only reveal a trace of milkiness and a few stray hairlines.
