1878 50C PR64 Cameo PCGS. Type Two Reverse. The lovely golden-brown patina is especially rich at the borders. A suitably struck near-Gem with good cameo contrast. A few faint obverse hairlines are evident upon intense scrutiny. Only 800 pieces were struck. Population: 8 in 64 as Cameo, with 8 finer (7/07).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27UD, PCGS# 86439, GSID# 6507)
