Gem Proof Seated Liberty Half
1879 50C PR65 PCGS. Type Two Reverse. Mild cameo contrast is present despite light cream and gold toning. The strike is crisp, and the fields are undisturbed. Liberty's drapery near the elbow is partially effaced, as made. A low mintage date, since the Mint was occupied with Morgan dollar production. In a green label holder.
