1882 50C PR64 PCGS. Splashes of electric-blue, rust-orange, and purple coloration race over the luminous surfaces of this near-Gem proof. Sharply struck design elements display some variance with the reflective fields. A light graze is visible in the lower folds of the drapery. Population: 82 in 64, 51 finer (4/09).
