1884 50C PR66 PCGS. The 1 is recut above its left foot. Ocean-blue, honey-gold, powder-blue, and rose endow this flashy and precisely struck Premium Gem. Even by the scarce standards of post-1878 Seated halves, the 1884 is low mintage. Only 4,400 business strikes and 875 proofs were released.
