Choice Proof 1886 Half Dollar
1886 50C PR64 PCGS. CAC. The exquisitely detailed devices are amply frosted on this Choice proof, and the frost is visible even through the rich patina draping each side. The obverse has bold peach toning with a crescent of electric-blue along the upper rim, while the reverse has duskier versions of the same colors with the crescent at the bottom. Minor hairlines determine the grade. PCGS has certified 33 coins finer (8/10).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 27UM, PCGS# 6447, GSID# 6530)
