1859 Quarter, PR65 Deep Cameo
Exceptional White-on-Black Contrast
1859 25C PR65 Deep Cameo PCGS. Type One Obverse. Type Two
Reverse. A brilliant Gem with exemplary frost across the motifs,
stars, and legends. The glassy fields display minute lint marks (as
coined) but post-strike contact is limited to three minuscule ticks
on the field beneath the cap. As of (3/15), PCGS has certified only
two examples as Deep Cameo with none finer. NGC has yet to certify
any Ultra Cameo specimens.(Registry values: P4)Coin Index Numbers: (PCGS# 95555, GSID# 5287)
