1863 25C Quarter PR64 PCGS. This Civil War date is noted for its mintage of just 460 specimens, and this is a pleasing near-Gem representative. Both sides have appreciable contrast, though the obverse falls short of Cameo levels, and the fields are effectively brilliant. Minor disturbances on either side of Liberty account for the grade.
