Sumptuous PR65 Cameo 1864 Quarter
1864 25C PR65 Cameo PCGS. A richly toned specimen that retains substantial contrast, aided by the strong frosty luster on the sharply struck devices. The mirrors also offer penetrating reflectivity. On the obverse, the toning is light gold-gray with an arc of cobalt-blue at the right rim, while the reverse shows a more even blend between the two colors.
