Description
1866 25C PR 62 SEGS. Briggs 2-B. While this piece's thickly frosted devices are readily evident, its reflective fields are somewhat obscured by the mottled milky-gold and champagne toning that adorns both sides. This toning scheme also, however, limits the visual impact of the numerous hairlines that account for the low grade designation.
