1867 25C PR65 Cameo PCGS. Only 625 proof Seated Liberty quarters were struck in 1867, and the present specimen is one of the finest survivors. Concentric rings of deep lavender and golden-brown toning surround the brilliant centers.. The frosty devices contrast boldly with the mirrored fields to produce the cameo effect. Population: 7 in 65 Cameo, 4 finer (7/10).(Registry values: P2)
