Description
Marvelous Deep Cameo PR65 1867 Quarter
1867 25C PR65 Deep Cameo PCGS. The 1867 is well-known as a low total mintage issue with only 20,000 strikes for circulation plus another 625 proofs. This is a remarkable example that is untoned throughout. The fields are unfathomably deep in their reflectivity and the devices are heavily frosted, thus yielding the Cameo effect so desired. One tiny planchet void is located in the right obverse field. Population: 3 in 65 Deep Cameo, 0 finer (2/10).(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23WY, PCGS# 95566, GSID# 5311)
