    1869 25C PR65 NGC. Briggs 2-B. Field-device contrast is unmentioned on the holder, but it is readily apparent in-hand. Brilliant surfaces display compelling reflectivity in the fields and an attractive overlay of frost on the devices. A couple of wispy marks in the right obverse field limit the technical assessment. Census: 14 in 65, 13 finer (11/15).
