A Necessary Proof Type Coin
1873 25C Arrows PR64 NGC. A small proof mintage of 540 With
Arrows quarters was produced in 1873, and the issue enjoys great
popularity with type collectors. The With Arrows proof quarters all
feature an Open 3 in the date. This near-Gem specimen is sharply
struck throughout, and the surfaces display wisps of lavender and
