Coveted Gem Proof 1873 Arrows Quarter
1873 25C Arrows PR65 NGC. An intricately struck and impressively undisturbed piece. Light and consistent apricot-gray color does not conceal the modest white on black contrast, although this Gem is undesignated as Cameo. Only 540 proofs were struck, and high grade survivors of that low emission are desired to represent the two-year Arrows subtype.
