Attractive 1873 Arrows Quarter, PR66
1873 25C Arrows PR66 NGC. A fair number of the 540 proof quarters with Arrows have been certified by NGC and PCGS, especially in the PR60 to PR64 range. Gem and finer coins are more elusive. Cobalt-blue and purple toning occupies the obverse of this Premium Gem, yielding to lighter blue and gold on the reverse. Sharply struck and nicely cared for.
