1874 25C Arrows PR63 NGC. This minimally toned specimen has nearly sufficient frost on the devices to merit a Cameo designation. One hair-thin line from the waist to star 12 decides the grade. The Arrows, Motto type was coined only in 1873 and 1874, and had a combined proof mintage of just 1,240 pieces.(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 23XS, PCGS# 5575, GSID# 5333)
