Description
1876 25C PR65 NGC. Type Two reverse with narrow bases on the A in STATES. The base of the 6 is lightly repunched. The obverse displays variegated orange-red and aqua-blue toning, while the reverse is bathed in cobalt-blue with glimpses of plum-mauve. Smooth aside from a faint line above the QU in QUAR.
