Description
1879 PR 64 PCGS. An outstanding proof quarter that is deeply mirrored in the fields and splashed on each side with multicolored iridescent toning. Virtually defect-free as far as we can tell, this is a scarce, low mintage issue as a business strike with an uncertain number of proofs struck.
