The date is lightly repunched within the loops of the 8s. Another post-1878 low mintage date, with 12,000 business strikes and 975 proofs produced. Population: 18 in 66, 8 finer (11/06).(Registry values: P1) (NGC ID# 23XD, PCGS# 5582)
