Description
1881 PR 65. A stunning cameo proof, the creamy seated Liberty set off by both the deep, glowing mirrors and the russet, orange, cobalt, and magenta peripheral toning. Talk about pizzazz... only a few small hairlines temper our desire to assign a higher grade.
