1882 25C PR65 PCGS. CAC. A gorgeous Gem, housed in a green-label PCGS holder, this quarter features a sensational strike with deeply mirrored fields and satin devices, resulting in light cameo contrast. The obverse has medium blue and iridescent toning while the reverse exhibits considerable faint champagne toning with splashes of powder-blue along the upper right and lower left borders. Population: 33 in 65, 28 finer (3/13).Ex: Orlando FUN Signature (Heritage, 1/2007), lot 2992, which realized $2,070.(Registry values: P1)
