1882 25C PR67 NGC. The low mintage of 15,200 business strike quarters in 1882 puts pressure on the proofs, coming from a mintage of 1,100 pieces. Waves of cobalt-blue, purple, and yellow-green at the obverse periphery frames orange centers, while the reverse is dominated by soft sky-blue. Sharply struck and impeccably preserved.
